IPPT

Hais...many ppl thought i could at least get a silver, or even at lest a pass.

My results for IPPT: SHUTTLE RUN- 10.1 (5)
Standing Board Jump- 216 (just passed)
Sit Up: 40 (5)
Chin Up: 5 (failed)
2.4km: 10.23 (4)

Its a fail la....hav to re-take lorx..

Was quite depressed in the morning. All ppl keep saying i run fast but hey, i didnt get 5 marks for 2.4 lehx...

Failed just becos of the chin up. Man......one more to pass. :( And 2nd take was 4 only.

Forget it la...wait for 2nd attemp, drag my pomotions only....Ha..

I think ar... The more U expect me, the more i cant do it lehx... Cant operate mentally normally when i do things lehx...
