Co worker camp..

The camp was a great experience....

ZS and i same room, but gotta warm air-con de room...

Then ZS moved to WJ's room, i'm ok wif it...hahas...

And a new way of playing captain balls, wif balloons contain some water...

LOL..can snatch and squeeu the ball until donno like wat la...

Then hav to use alot for only one round la...hahahas...

Anyway.....there's one nite we youths gotta chat wif pastor...

Its sort of closeness wif pastor la..

After the chat, i think BGR is only a term to use....

Frankly speaking, Guys R tricky towards relationship la...

Relationship and sex R gift fr God, its not for us to abuse such amazing creations lorx....

Yup! and all youths hav BGR probs...

That's sad things abt tat...hahas..

Ok, let's talk abt 2day IPPT test..

Pull up - 11
Shuttle run - 10.3
Standing board jump - 225
Sit up - 37
2.4 - 10.48

Real sad...

Shuttle run run 2 times still like tat..

Standing board jump jump 6 times then get 225 la...

Sit up cant even reash 40, 5 pts...

2.4 sai la....deprove so much??

Think the timing got smth wrong man...

Anyway, i aimed for silver and got it!!

Though alot of try and got pek cek,

But i clamed myself down, earned a off and got mysely $100.

Honestly, everytime be4 each stations, my heart beat real fast la...

Even starting of shuttle run, like sort of mental disability like tat..

Hahas...its over le, and thk God.
